Guest Review Info

Katie’s Bookcase is all about reading and sharing literature.

But I can read just so much.  And I don’t read every kind of literature out there.  For instance, I don’t usually get too into “chick lit”, but lots of you love that.

So what is a girl to do to keep her audience happy?

Why, accept guest reviews, of course!

If you have a book that you are just DYING to tell people about, Katie’s Bookcase is the perfect platform for you!

So how do you get a guest post published here?  It’s easy!

1. Check the Books Reviewed page to see if the book you read has already been reviewed.
2. If it has not, write up a review of the book in Word.  Please include a summery of the book (including the title and author of the book), and what you thought of it.  I don’t recommend giving away key parts of the book…we are trying to encourage others to go out and read the book, remember?
3. Find a picture of the book.
4. Email the review and the picture to ksluiter@hotmail.com
5. please include in the email the genre of the book (memoir, fiction, adventure, young adult, mystery, chick lit, etc.) so I can tag it accordingly.
6. Also include the name you would like me to use when I talk about you and any social media you would like me to link to (twitter profile, blog, facebook fan page, etc.)

That’s it!  Once I get your review, I will read it and then let you know if it will be used and when it will be posted.
