I get NO money to do my reviews, and nobody is benefiting from my reviews monetarily.
I choose books I feel like reading, although I will take suggestions. I usually choose things based on recommendations from students, other teachers, O Magazine (yes, Oprah makes some darn good picks from time to time), and my friends.
If someone DOES send me free books to review by a stroke of wonderful luck, it will be disclosed at the beginning and end of the post about the book.
If you are interested in suggesting or sending me a book to review, please email me and we will set it up. Free books do not always mean a positive review. Me liking the book means a positive review.

I really like your recommendations about those well-chosen books. Besides, I do think of it as a good way to find somebody in common with us in reading tastes and share our opinions about certain books.
As far as I’ve browsed through your website, I find that you like Sophie Kinsella’s books, so DO I! although many others just keep reminding me that her books are just chic lits. ..
By the way, I’m wondering whether you’ve read books written by Alexandra Potter. I’ve read six books by her, and I LOVE all of them!
